AUBURN – Today, U.S. Senator for Alabama and former college football coach, Tommy Tuberville, kicked off his 2026 campaign for Governor of Alabama with the release of a digital ad. In the ad, Coach Tuberville reflects on the various names he has been called over the past four years as he has stood up to the Swamp and fought hard for Alabama conservative values in the Senate. At the end of the spot, Coach Tuberville pledges to bring that same fight to Montgomery.

"Here in Alabama, y'all know me as Coach. But in Washington, they know me as something entirely different," Coach Tuberville says in the ad. "President Trump calls me one of his closest allies. Democrats call me the biggest pain in their butts. And the woke radicals—as a God-fearing Christian, I can't repeat it. But after four years in Washington standing up to the corrupt Biden administration, I think it's time Montgomery got to know me a little bit better too. As your next governor, I'll fight for President Trump's America First agenda, stop illegal immigration dead in its tracks, and protect our conservative values. After doing all that, the enemies of Alabama are going to call me a lot of things. With your help, Governor will be one of them."
Yesterday, Coach Tuberville joined The Will Cain Show on Fox News for an exclusive interview previewing his campaign.
