AUBURN – Since launching his campaign for Governor on May 27, Coach Tuberville has raised over $4 million dollars. Coach Tuberville's impressive haul came from more than 2,516 unique donors, 90% of which live in Alabama, with the most support coming from Madison, Jefferson, Lee, Montgomery, and Baldwin counties.Â
Â
Coach Tuberville's initial haul blows previous Alabama fundraising records out of the water. The previous record was held by Governor Kay Ivey who raised $1.2 million during the first month of her re-election campaign in 2021. Importantly, Coach Tuberville has not accepted a single cent from PACs – his support all came from business owners, retirees, entrepreneurs, veterans, and workers.Â
Â
“I am thankful for the outpouring of support we have received from every corner of the Yellowhammer state," said Coach Tuberville. "When Suzanne and I were praying about getting in the race, we knew we wouldn't move forward unless Alabama was on board. But we aren't getting complacent. Like I said when I was coaching, we have to run like we're 10 points behind. I have fought every day to represent Alabama's conservative values in Washington D.C. and will bring that same fight to Montgomery when I'm elected Governor."Â
